Creative facilitation language project for Aldini-Valeriani Highschool, Bologna (Italy).

Working from famous monster stories: Frankenstein, Dracula, the Abominable Snowman and Bigfoot, students were asked to research the background and narrative of each story and in small groups, to write a script in English. They then chose a location within the school, cast, rehearsed, directed and filmed their interpretation. We ran supporting sessions on using camera angles and scenography for storytelling, creating sound effects, and researching notable film directors. 

This process was facilitated with games and open feedback sessions. 

Finally the students created an in-house website to showcase the projects and their films.
